By accessing or using the eXistam mobile application or related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features (e.g., instructor accounts), you must register and provide accurate information, including your name, email, and, where applicable, a photograph of your passport and trainer's diploma. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Use of Services

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or submit false information.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or rights of others.
• Attempt to interfere with the Service’s security or functionality.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments for the Service are processed through Stripe, Apple (App Store), or Google (Google Play) via in-app purchases managed by RevenueCat. All transactions are subject to the terms of these providers. Refunds, if applicable, are handled per their policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the Service are owned by eXistam or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though we may retain certain data as required by law or for security purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." eXistam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Service with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
