1. PURPOSE
Existam is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all users, especially children. This Child Abuse Policy outlines our zero-tolerance approach to child exploitation, abuse, and inappropriate behavior on our platform.
2. SCOPE
This policy applies to:
- All users of the Existam platform, including children, parents, trainers, and organizations.
- All interactions, content, and communications carried out through the Existam mobile application, website, or affiliated services.
3. ZERO-TOLERANCE STATEMENT
Existam strictly prohibits:
- Any form of child abuse, exploitation, harassment, or grooming.
- Sharing, uploading, or promoting explicit or harmful content involving minors.
- Attempts to contact children in inappropriate, harmful, or manipulative ways.
Violations will result in immediate account suspension and referral to law enforcement authorities.
4. PARENTAL CONSENT AND CONTROL
- Accounts for children under the age of 14 can only be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring their child’s interactions and ensuring safe use of the platform.
5. REPORTING MECHANISMS
- Users are encouraged to report any suspicious or harmful activity involving children.
- Reports can be submitted directly in-app or via email at [email protected].
- All reports are treated as urgent and investigated immediately.
6. RESPONSE AND ENFORCEMENT
- Reported cases will be reviewed by the Existam Safety Team.
- Confirmed violations will result in account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.
- We may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, NGOs, and child protection organizations.
7. TRAINING AND AWARENESS
Existam will:
- Provide guidelines for parents, trainers, and organizations on safeguarding children.
- Regularly review and update safety measures.
- Promote awareness of online safety and child protection within our community.
