Delete Your Existam Account
We understand that sometimes you may want to stop using Existam. On this page, we explain how you can request permanent deletion of your account.
What will be deleted:
- Your profile information (name, username, email, phone number, profile photo).
- Login credentials (password or linked Google/Apple ID).
- All posts, messages, comments, and interactions you have made.
- Any documents or files you have uploaded.
What may be retained temporarily:
- Basic transaction or payment data (handled by Stripe, Apple, Google) may be retained for the period required by law (e.g., tax, anti-fraud, financial compliance).
- Security logs may be stored for up to 90 days for fraud prevention.
Important Notes:
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- If you wish to use Existam again, you will need to create a new account.
- When deleting a business account, all related business data, including products and vendors, will also be permanently deleted.
How to delete your account
Follow these steps to delete your account:
- Open your profile.
- Click the Delete Account button.
- In the confirmation pop-up, confirm account deletion.
- Your account will be deleted, and you will be logged out.
If you decide to return later, you can sign up again with the same credentials. Your new account will be created from scratch, without any of the previously deleted data.
